I highly recommend Battle Born accident/injury law firm. Matt and his team were able to settle my semi-truck accident for the full policy amount, with out having to go to court. The process took 1.5 years, but this was primarily due to medical and physical therapy treatment. Once I was fully recovered, it only took 3 months from time of demand letter to getting insurance policy check in hand. One thing, and this is important, you need to listen to the attorneys team. They want to get you the maximum payout, and they know the steps to complete this action. I consider this law firm a great value and was able to negotiate the attorney's fee due to the slam-dunk nature of my case.

I worked primarily with Ashley Arizaga, and she was great. I had regular communication and they were very helpful and coordinating post accident care and finalizing my accident settlement in a timely fashion within the constraints of everything that goes on between lawyers and businesses and providers and insurance companies.
