I highly recommend Battle Born accident/injury law firm. Matt and his team were able to settle my semi-truck accident for the full policy amount, with out having to go to court. The process took 1.5 years, but this was primarily due to medical and physical therapy treatment. Once I was fully recovered, it only took 3 months from time of demand letter to getting insurance policy check in hand. One thing, and this is important, you need to listen to the attorneys team. They want to get you the maximum payout, and they know the steps to complete this action. I consider this law firm a great value and was able to negotiate the attorney's fee due to the slam-dunk nature of my case.

I've waited a long time to write this review, but not for lack of work of Matthew Hoffmann and his team. In fact, I went to Hoffmann after a terrible, lengthy experience with another P.I. lawyer, and he had to essentially 'fix' my neglected case and get everything back on track. After nearly a year of utter frustration from feeling unheard and abandoned, in permanently intense pain from my accident, Mr. Hoffmann (and team) showed me endless patience. Admittedly, this was no small feat. Aside from my personal experience, I must add that two incredible doctors I saw told me that Matt Hoffmann is "the best". One told me that I would not be able to find a better attorney anywhere, and if anyone could help me it would be Hoffmann... and he was right. There was no reason for those doctors to say anything at all to me- so I found it quite telling that, with the many patients and attorneys they work with, they went out of their way to assure me that I was in extremely capable hands. Matt Hoffmann has represented my wife in two auto injury cases and she got very good settlement outcomes in both. I worked him and his staff Diamond extensively for over a year, and they really came through and got the job done for her. Also, we found while reviewing the final statement on the payout that the amounts paid to medical providers Matt sent her to were pretty reasonable, while multiple payouts that were made to the providers her former attorney sent her to were outrageous! $15k to a Neurologist for one office visit and a nerve conduction test, and $7,700 to a allegedly great therapist for only 4 phone appointments for some refills?! So it REALLY matters which attorney you choose. Common slogans like "we work to get you the maximum settlement" was the exact opposite with that former attorney, and my wife was seen as nothing more than an ATM. Thankfully, Team Battle Born has the right standards and actually takes care of their clients. I included only one photo (privacy blurred) of her multiple payout checks from her settlement as proof. Let me explain this You Vanessa are absolutely the best, it was super fun and professional in any way possible to conclude this case. I am super happy. Nobody ever wants to fall and break a bone, or bust a knee like I did and get in surgery in Los Angeles even though I live in Boulder City because that was the best surgeon to fix my knee, or get in serious recovery situations and be facing bills and the whole Sam Sam of a roller coaster like this. I got into a really terrible accident where my neck was injured badly by a person who flew through an intersection and hit my car head-on while I was stopped at a red light. The distracted driver was cited by police officers on scene. I went to the hospital right after it happened and then a day later tried to reach out to the other driver's insurance to get the ball rolling on getting my car fixed because it was really messed up and I couldn't drive it. It was a nightmare. On top of being ghosted by the at-fault party, my neck pain was getting WAY WORSE... I was in tremendous amounts of pain. I didn't think I needed a lawyer a first, but I clearly did. The second I got in touch with Matt Hoffmann & his team things started looking up. The day I met with Matt was the same day I saw a real team of doctors that could help me. It took months of recovery but the pain finally started to go away. In the middle of it all I didn't think there would be a day where my neck would be back to normal and it broke my heart that such an important part of my body was constantly in pain (in addition to the neck injury I also had a concussion too). With time -- not only am I finally back to normal thanks to the TEAM of doctors that worked with me but the settlement was also well above what I expected. I highly recommend Battle Born accident/injury law firm. Matt and his team were able to settle my semi-truck accident for the full policy amount, with out having to go to court. The process took 1.5 years, but this was primarily due to medical and physical therapy treatment. Once I was fully recovered, it only took 3 months from time of demand letter to getting insurance policy check in hand. One thing, and this is important, you need to listen to the attorneys team. They want to get you the maximum payout, and they know the steps to complete this action. I consider this law firm a great value and was able to negotiate the attorney's fee due to the slam-dunk nature of my case.
