I want to personally thank Matthew Hoffman for taking care of my 90 year old dad in Las Vegas with his recent negligence case against a local hospital. Me being located on the east coast and my dad living in Las Vegas, your diligent support helped me feel comfortable that all the necessary items were being handled accordingly. Nobody ever wants to fall and break a bone, or bust a knee like I did and get in surgery in Los Angeles even though I live in Boulder City because that was the best surgeon to fix my knee, or get in serious recovery situations and be facing bills and the whole Sam Sam of a roller coaster like this. I literally just 'walked out of your Henderson office' with a knee that works, and I walked away with a big smile on my face and a massive $50,000 cheque in my hand, and everything and everyone is happy and most importantly everyone is "paid in full".Isn't that just wonderful? I got into a really terrible accident where my neck was injured badly by a person who flew through an intersection and hit my car head-on while I was stopped at a red light. The distracted driver was cited by police officers on scene.I went to the hospital right after it happened and then a day later tried to reach out to the other driver's insurance to get the ball rolling on getting my car fixed because it was really messed up and I couldn't drive it. It was a nightmare. On top of being ghosted by the at-fault party, my neck pain was getting WAY WORSE... I was in tremendous amounts of pain.I didn't think I needed a lawyer a first, but I clearly did. The second I got in touch with Matt Hoffmann & his team things started looking up. The day I met with Matt was the same day I saw a real team of doctors that could help me.It took months of recovery but the pain finally started to go away. In the middle of it all I didn't think there would be a day where my neck would be back to normal and it broke my heart that such an important part of my body was constantly in pain (in addition to the neck injury I also had a concussion too). With time -- not only am I finally back to normal thanks to the TEAM of doctors that worked with me but the settlement was also well above what I expected. At the end of the day what I wanted the most was to not be in pain anymore and I wanted my car fixed so I could go on with my life.To say Matt Hoffmann delivered is an understatement. They really truly took care of me from start to finish. Looking back I don't know what I would have done without them. I spent sooo much money on medical expenses plus the cost to cover the damage on my car was very, very high. I can't imagine making it through the whole process myself.I sincerely could not recommend anyone else except Matt Hoffman and the entire Battle Born team.
