McCall first joined Battle Born Injury Lawyers in 2023 during her second year of law school as a law clerk. After passing the Nevada Bar Exam in August 2024, she transitioned to the role of associate attorney in October of the same year. McCall practices on the litigation team, working closely with the Founding and Managing Partners to handle personal injury, premises liability, and medical malpractice cases. 

A proud Las Vegas native, McCall graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in May 2020,  with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Journalism. In 2019, she served as a Nevada Legislative Senate Intern for the 80th Legislative Session and was honored with the Adam Gregory Thomas Legislative Internship Endowed Scholarship. 

McCall attended the William S. Boyd School of Law on a full academic scholarship. She was a member of the Society of Advocates Mock Trial team, traveling across the country to participate in competitions. She additionally held leadership roles including Vice President of the Auction for the Public Interest Law Association and member of the Steering Committee for the National Lawyers Guild Boyd chapter. In her third year, McCall was awarded the Perry Friedman Civil Liberties Award.

In 2022, McCall externed for the Honorable Judge Elayna K. Youchah at the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and gained hands-on experience with the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. In 2023, McCall was awarded first place in the Ninth Annual American University Washington College of Law National Health Law Writing Competition.

McCall is licensed to practice law in Nevada and is a member of the Clark County Bar Association. When she is not practicing law, McCall enjoys traveling, cooking, visiting museums, and spending time with her family, and friends.
