Recognition and Professional Values
In her first year, she was awarded the “Outstanding Student Sealed Records Program Award” for her efforts in teaching the public the process of sealing criminal records. Then, in her third year, she and her clinic partner were awarded the “Outstanding Clinical Team Award” for their work in the misdemeanor clinic.
Kathleen’s experience and education have led her to understand the importance of zealously representing clients, and she is devoted to providing the same level of advocacy to her clients at Battle Born. Kathleen is a mother of two girls and enjoys dancing and spending time with her family in her free time. She is also a member of the Clark County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in Nevada
