Judicial Appointments and Pro Bono Service

Mr. Watkins has been appointed by the Nevada Supreme Court as a mediator and arbitrator for Clark County’s Court Annexed Arbitration Program and has been appointed by Clark County Justice Court to serve as a Small Claims Referee. His pro bono service includes his participation as a mediator and arbitrator for the State Bar of Nevada’s Fee Dispute Committee.

Legislative Service and Community Roots

In 2016, Justin was elected to the Nevada Assembly from District 35 and served on committees for Judiciary, Natural Resources, and Transportation. A Nevada-native, Justin is an avid outdoorsman, having grown up hiking, hunting, fishing, camping, and recreating throughout Nevada and the West. He serves as Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Conservation League.
