LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A man suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash early Thursday morning in the west valley, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan Police.
Officers responded to the intersection of Durango and Boseck drives, just north of Charleston Boulevard, around 3:40 a.m. on a report of a crash, said Lt. Adrian Beas with LVMPD.
The investigation indicates the car went off the road and crashed into a tree, according to Beas.
The driver, identified as a man in his 20s, was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
LVMPD's Fatal Detail team is responding, and authorities suspect impairment is a factor, Beas said.
Both directions of Durango are closed between Charleston and Alta Drive for the investigation.
