A bicyclist who was struck by an SUV Monday and transported to University Medical Center with critical injuries has died, according to Metro Police.
The crash occurred around 1:30 p.m. near Spring Mountain Road and I-15 at the intersection of Sammy Davis Junior Drive and Mel Torme Way.
That intersection is closed to traffic as police investigate.
