Spring is finally here. As we see temperatures rise, the warm weather brings out more motorcyclists and more danger.
Nevada High Patrol said they are responding to a critical injury crash Tuesday morning at Interstate 215 and Lamb Boulevard.
According to NHP, the crash involved a motorcycle and passenger car.
Here are some safety tips for motorcyclists:
- Wear the proper safety gear/clothing including a helmet;
- Conduct a pre-ride bike check;
- Ride defensively;
- Obey the rules of the road;

For passenger vehicle drivers:
- Beware of blind spots;
- Slow down behind motorcycles;
- Don't tailgate;
- Use your turn signals; and
- Don't drink and drive
